Mr. C Polignano a Mare is a collaborative repositioning project between HiG and the Cipriani Group that will bring an ultra-luxury product to the Puglia region of Italy. The site is located in the beautiful olive groves of Puglia with views of the ocean. The hotel will have approximately

70 rooms and villas with private pools, two food & beverage outlets,

4,300 SF of event space, meeting space, a spa, and two public pools.

 

Our role in this project thus far has included:

 

• Identifying the site.

• Structuring the Mr. C operating agreement.

• Raising GP and LP equity.

• Performing due diligence.

• Coordinating with the architect and municipality for development approval.

Iconic Resorts is an innovative, luxury hotel concept coming to markets near major national parks across the USA. The first location in Zion National Park is set to open in 2025. Each site will have approximately

100 modern cabin-style rooms, two food & beverage outlets, pools,

fitness centres, and 24-hour concierge service.

 

Our role in this project thus far has included:

 

• Structuring operations agreements.

• Strategic branding and market positioning.

• Raising GP and LP equity.

• Overseeing brand partnerships with philanthropy organizations, car rental services, and culinary firms.

• Organizing and monitoring all construction efforts on initial property until opening.
